V. Important Dates of the Conference:

(a) Abstract Submission Period: From October 15, 2026 (Thursday) to March 26, 2027 (Friday).

(b) Eligibility: Graduate students in master's or doctoral programs at universities or colleges, or those with equivalent qualifications, are eligible to apply.

(c) Notification of Abstract Review Results: Individual notifications will be sent via email before April 20, 2027 (Tuesday).
